In the last post, I wrote about Quora’s decision to lean into AI and the company’s (somewhat forced) business model transition. Given the rapid adoption of ChatGPT and Google’s decision to directly query Quora and other forums, Quora’s decision should probably be viewed both from the lens of a ‘brilliant strategic move by a founder-led company’ and a requirement to survive.
